Delete your account

You can permanently delete your SunCoach account and all associated data at any time. The fastest way is from inside the app. If you no longer have the app installed, use the form at the bottom of this page.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)

1. Open the SunCoach app on your phone.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Account.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account, profile, meal history, photos, voice notes, health data, and coach connections will be permanently removed from our servers immediately. This action cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, preferences, goals)
• All logged meals, photos, and voice recordings
• Synced health data (steps, weight, etc.)
• Coach-client connections you initiated
• Local data stored on your device (when you uninstall the app)

Note: anonymous, aggregated usage data may be retained for analytics, and certain records (such as payment receipts) may be retained as required by law.

Option 2 — Request deletion without the app

If you can't access the app (lost phone, uninstalled, account locked), you can submit a deletion request via this form. We'll process it within 30 days.
